Secret Recipe

No one but close loved ones will understand this rhyme,
For although, I'm the positive sort I need some desert at times.
I find this quite soothing and comforting indeed,
I handle this desert real careful so it won't become a need.

It's hard when you are a 'stuffer', who holds everything within,
To not form bad habits and find instant release from past sins.
But should you ever need to find a natural way to retrieve.
Say a prayer, have some desert, and expect instant relief.
