I could not get the help I needed to find this problem of data being spewed out nobody documented about the speach board in my system, and I did not have an electronic oscilloscope to view it live, so I used my pc's audio input to Audacity audio software and recorded the bit-stream, and then zoomed way in to see the actual bits in the waveform, and it only took me 6-months figure that out, puting me so far behind schedule I missed my deadline and had to put it aside and lose my investment...
